Escalation alerts
When the AI hands a lead off to a human, get notified straight away instead of having to watch the inbox. Alerts carry the lead’s contact, a short summary, and a link to the case. Admin access only.
Comma-separated. Leave blank to turn the email channel off.

WhatsApp alerts need a Meta-approved template. Register the handoff-alert template on 360dialog, then enter its name here. Until it’s set, only the email channel sends.
The language code the template was registered under (e.g. en, zh, ms).
